Booking Terms and Conditions

Agreeing to the terms and conditions confirms that you will be subject to invoicing/credit card charges for the total payment amount based on your indicated options above and you will be fully subject to the cancellation policy. The total invoice amount will remain payable, even if you cancel your place before paying your fees. Payment is required within 14 days of invoice date or prior to the start of the conference, whichever is soonest. If payment is not received within this time or before the start of the event the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.

Should you need to cancel your place for any reason, the full conference fee is still applicable. However full substitutions are possible at any time, unfortunately we cannot accept partial substitutions. Cancellations will not be valid unless made in writing to the CBCE Administration Office info@cbce.org.uk and an official acknowledgement of receipt issued.

All prices stated are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate, excluding additional accommodation rates which are inclusive of 20% VAT
